Foundations
Our buildings are constructed on sturdy post foundations set in concrete. This provides a strong and stable base, capable of supporting the structure for years to come.
Windows and Doors
We install energy-rated, timber-framed double-glazed windows and doors in every home. These provide excellent insulation, helping to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures while reducing energy costs.
Insulation
Our insulation system is designed to maximize both thermal efficiency and soundproofing. For the walls, we use a combination of 25mm thermally efficient PIR insulation and 100mm high-density, acoustically effective Earthwool insulation. The floors are insulated with 80mm of PIR insulation, while the ceilings benefit from 150mm of Earthwool insulation, ensuring that our buildings are warm, quiet, and energy-efficient year-round.
Flooring
The interior flooring is finished with high-quality Platinum Oak Laminate, providing a durable and attractive surface underfoot (subject to final confirmation).
Ceilings and Walls
All ceilings and walls are professionally plastered and skimmed to create a smooth, high-quality finish throughout the interior. Please note that internal painting is not included as part of the standard build.
Roofing
We use Firestone EPDM roofing systems, which come with a 30-year guarantee. This ensures long-lasting protection against the elements, giving homeowners peace of mind.
Guttering
For rainwater management, we install sleek 100mm half-round black guttering, ensuring that water is efficiently directed away from the building.
Glass Features
Our modular homes feature a 2400mm wide by 2100mm high sliding door, designed to create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Additionally, a 1200mm wide by 2100mm high fixed glass panel is included to maximize natural light and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the home.
Electrical Specifications
Inside, we install brushed steel chrome finish faceplates, providing a modern, polished look. The electrical system includes a fully compliant fuseboard and a smoke alarm for safety. Lighting is provided by brushed steel LED spotlights, both inside and outside the building, with 2-3 external LED spotlights included for outdoor illumination. We also install stylish brushed chrome up/down lights to enhance the exterior design.
